How does the U-channel system work?
1. Anchoring the channel
A continuous aluminium U-channel is fixed to concrete or a finished surface along the full length of the fence.
2. Made-to-measure panels
Tempered laminated panels (8/1.52/8 mm) are cut to size and set into the channel with levelling wedges.
3. 10 mm gaps
A precise 10 mm expansion gap remains between adjacent panels — no visible posts or frames.
